"As the number of COVID-19 cases rises around the world, so does the importance
of outbreak risk mitigation in your workplace or on your jobsite. Even with vaccines now
being administered across the country, public health experts caution that the virus will continue
to play a role in our lives through 2021. Your pandemic action plan is just as important now as
it was this past spring – perhaps even more so. This includes contact tracing, which can be
a time-consuming, inefficient challenge. But it doesn’t have to be."

There is a five-step process for safe admittance to your office:
Step 1: Employees or visitors are greeted by a QR code in a digital or printed display.
Step 2: Upon scanning the QR code with their mobile device, a form will open to collect personal information such as name and company.
Step 3: Each employee or visitor will answer a few required health-related questions such as instances of quarantine.
Step 4: An optional waiver of liability is available for signing to protect your business against unwarranted claims. Upon completion of the form, either a green screen meaning approved for entry or a red screen denoting entry denied will appear.
Step 5: Before being admitted, approved visitors would be required to present their access approval green screen to a receptionist who would scan the embedded QR code with a phone or tablet. A temperature reading would be taken and logged for final approval to enter the building or office
