Square 9 University Office Hours - Creating a Daily Reminder with Escalation Loop

When documents are moving through capture and/or approval processes they often encounter steps that require user intervention. This may look like data entry or validation in GlobalCapture or approval in GlobalAction. 

In this Square 9 University, we will demonstrate how you can loop the waiting document through a series of steps, such as sending out a notification a specified number of times before moving the document along an alternate path. This alternate path could be an escalation or other automatic action.

• Create reminders in GlobalAction
•  Build a workflow to send out notifications a certain amount of times

• How to escalate documents for approval
