Austin Skaggs has been with PDI for over 22 years and served in various customer-facing departments, including Professional Services, Customer Service, Education, and Consulting. He currently serves as a Senior Solutions Engineer and uses his vast knowledge of PDI solutions to help customers optimize their business. Austin holds a B.A. in Professional Writing from Baylor University and an M.S. in Technical Communication Management from Mercer University.
